How to use:
1. First ensure the power switch of the sharpener is disconnected; then connect the adapter and power supply; last turn on the switch of the sharpener.
2. Sharpening methods

Put the knife into the left sharpening groove; sharpen 3-8 seconds from the knife heel to the tip in a uniform speed (4-6 seconds for metal knife, 8-10 seconds for ceramic knife).Please sharpen the knife according to the shape of the blade, and don't use too much force.
Put the knife into the right sharpening groove in the same way (refer to picture 3 and picture 4). To ensure the consistency of the blade, the knife should be sharpened by turns in left and right sharpening groove

Cautions
1) Do pull backward instead of forward when the knife is in the sharpening groove.
2) Ensure constant force and uniform speed.

In fact, everything is already said in other reviews. I did not feel a lack of engine power. It is balanced enough so as not to accidentally waste a lot of excess if hesitated when pulling the blade. The first slot is essentially not for sharpening, but for the original creation of the blade. Removes Metal very quickly. For most knives, it is superfluous. For the rest, everything is clear. It is better to train on unnecessary knives. You need to feel the work of the sharpener, and this will take time. An unpleasant design flaw has surfaced-in the extreme slots, the first 3-5 cm blades of most knives are sharpened with a floating angle, since The handle rests on the side walls of the knife point (outlined in the photo). In the three-slot version I think there is no such problem, but it has a suboptimal selection of abrasiveness of sharpening discs.
